Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of American Trucker Network. Using the site or submitting the driver application means you accept them.
What this service is
American Trucker Network matches CDL drivers with trucking companies that are hiring. We are not an employer and we are not a staffing agency. We introduce drivers to carriers. Any hiring decision, offer, pay rate, and employment relationship is strictly between you and the company.
Free for drivers
The service is free for drivers. We do not charge you to apply, to be matched, or to be contacted by a company. If anyone asks you to pay us for a driving job, it is not us.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and about yourself, that you hold the license and experience you claim, and that you are legally eligible to work as a commercial driver in the United States.
Submitting false information wastes everyone's time and may cause carriers to disqualify you.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will be matched, contacted, offered a job, or hired. We do not guarantee any particular pay, schedule, home time, or route. Those are set by the carriers, not by us.
We do not independently verify every carrier's postings, pay claims, or working conditions. Evaluate any company on your own before accepting an offer.
Contact consent
By submitting the application you agree that we may share your information with matched trucking companies, and that those companies may contact you by phone, text message, or email at the details you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling the company to stop or by emailing us.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Trucker Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any dealing with a matched company.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
