American Trucker Network connects CDL drivers with trucking companies that are hiring. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. The short version: we use it to match you with carriers, and we do not sell it to anyone else.
What we collect
We collect the information you enter in the driver application: your name, phone number, email address, CDL experience, equipment type, preferred regions or lanes, availability, and anything you add in the message field.
We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general location. This is standard web analytics and is not tied to your application.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: matching you with trucking companies that are hiring for your equipment, experience level, and preferred lanes, and passing your details to those companies so they can contact you about driving work.
Who we share it with
We share your application with trucking companies and their recruiters when your profile matches an opening they are hiring for. Those companies then contact you directly.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing list vendors, or anyone outside the driver matching process described here.
How companies contact you
Matched companies may contact you by phone, text message, or email using the details you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Each company handles your information under its own privacy policy once you are in contact with them.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information from our matching process at any time by emailing us. We will remove your details from future matching, though companies already contacted will hold records under their own policies.
You can also ask any company that contacts you to stop, and they are required to honor that request.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision.
