The Process

Three Steps to Get Matched

01

You tell us what you drive

Submit one short application with your CDL experience and equipment type, whether that is Reefer, Dry Van, Flatbed, or Other. This is what lets us route you to the right freight instead of a generic job board. Already know your lane? See how we match reefer, dry van, and flatbed drivers specifically.

02

We match you to hiring companies

American Trucker Network connects drivers with trucking companies looking for CDL talent, including specialized roles like reefer and flatbed. We line your profile up with carriers that have open seats for your equipment and preferred lanes.

03

Companies reach out directly

Matched companies contact you to talk pay, home time, and routes. You compare real offers and pick the one that fits your life. No cost to you, ever.

About Us

About American Trucker Network

We exist to make finding a great driving job simple. Drivers keep the trucking industry moving, yet finding the right seat still means wading through endless listings and cold applications.

Our mission is to shorten that road. By capturing what you drive and where you want to run, we connect you with quality companies actively hiring CDL talent across the United States, including specialized freight like reefer and flatbed. Free for drivers, built by people who respect the work.

The Difference

What Makes Us Different From a Job Board

A job board hands you a list and wishes you luck. We work the other direction.

A typical job board

  • You scroll hundreds of postings and guess which ones are current.
  • You apply to a dozen companies and retype the same details every time.
  • Many postings were filled weeks ago and nobody took them down.
  • You wait, hear nothing, and never learn why.

American Trucker Network

  • You fill out one short form, one time, in about a minute.
  • We match your equipment and experience to companies actually hiring.
  • Companies contact you directly to talk pay, home time, and routes.
  • You compare real offers and ignore the rest. Always free.

FAQ

Questions Drivers Ask

Is American Trucker Network really free for drivers?

Yes. You never pay to apply or to get matched. Hiring companies cover the cost of finding drivers, which is how the service stays free for you.

How fast will companies contact me?

Most drivers hear from matched companies within a few days of submitting the form, and often sooner when carriers are pushing to fill seats.

What equipment types can I get matched for?

Reefer, dry van, flatbed, and specialized freight. Tell us what you run and we route you to carriers hiring for that equipment.

Do I need experience?

No. Plenty of carriers hire and train new CDL holders. Tell us your experience level and we match you with companies hiring at that stage.

What CDL class do I need?

Most seats we match ask for a Class A CDL. Some local and regional work hires Class B drivers. Tell us what you hold and we match accordingly.

How is this different from a job board?

A job board makes you apply to dozens of postings, many already filled. Here you fill out one form and companies with real openings contact you.
